The Thomas St Angelo Public Library primarily serves the residents of Cumberland and the surrounding area as well as the seasonal visitors. It endeavors to ensure to all the people the freedom to read and to freely choose from available sources of information and knowledge. As a principal source of information in the Cumberland community, the library shall endeavor to provide free access to resources and informational material. The library is a member of the Indianhead Federated Library System (IFLS).
